When I first arrived in Spain, like a good Brit, the only fish I ate was fish'n'chips. It's the simple brilliance of Mediterranean cooking - fresh ingredients and no fuss. I didn't realise it was hard to get fresh anchovies over there..btw I saw a great video about the fish market in Washington DC - I'll try to post it. Hey Jonathan

I really wish the American culture ate more whole fish and i wish it was easier for us to get our hands on freaking fresh anchovies!
